Reiki

I'm a fully qualified Reiki Master and offer a few types of Reiki Therapy sessions. Included in your first treatment is a 20 minute consultation where I introduce you to Reiki, explain the process and answer any questions you may have.

My Standard Reiki Session lasts 45 minutes.

My Extended Reiki Session lasts 1 hour.

SFT

I was very lucky to be taught a unique form of healing called Specific Focused Therapy. An SFT session usually lasts an hour and uses a combination of different Therapy techniques to help target specific issues.
